Deny Maric

Deny Maric serves as Chief Legal Officer at Global Relay since April 2022, previously holding roles as Senior Corporate Counsel. Prior to Global Relay, Deny Maric was Vice President of Legal and Corporate Affairs for multiple agency groups within Wunderman Thompson and its parent company WPP from January 2007 to November 2021, overseeing a diverse portfolio including Blast Radius and Young & Rubicam Group. Deny Maric has extensive experience as in-house counsel, managing international legal teams across several major cities and supporting various agencies. Earlier in the career, Deny Maric worked as an Associate Lawyer at Gowling WLG, specializing in corporate, commercial, and securities law. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Psychology, along with multiple certifications from the Canadian Securities Institute in Financial Management and Wealth Management.
