Shiban Sayed

Shiban Sayed is a Senior UX Researcher at Global Relay since August 2022, with previous experience as a Senior UX Researcher at Kingfisher plc, where tactical and strategic research informed product development for B&Q and Castorama. From May 2014 to October 2019, Shiban served as a User Experience Research Supervisor and later as User Experience Research Lead at Pearson, emphasizing a consumer-centric approach in digital product strategy. Earlier experiences include roles as a User Experience Researcher at BlikBook Ltd. and ubiCabs, as well as contributions to the London Borough of Camden and iGATE. Shiban holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from A.C. Patil College of Engineering.
