Richard Liu

Richard Liu is currently the President at Global Research and Consulting Group. Prior to this, Richard held positions as Vice President of Internal and Associate Consultant at the same company. Additionally, Richard served as an Operations Specialist at UPenn Students Federal Credit Union, where they managed member transactions and resolved various issues. Richard has also interned at the U.S. House of Representatives, City of Little Rock, and Arkansas Association of Asian Businesses, held roles at Fremont Debate Academy and Startup Junkie, and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics from The Wharton School.
