Bill Nelson is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and financial systems. Currently serving as Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Global Resilience Federation since January 2019, and Director and Officer at OT-ISAC since October 2019, Bill has dedicated efforts to advancing security and operational resilience. Prior roles include President and CEO of FS-ISAC from February 2006 to December 2018 and Executive Vice President at NACHA from 1988 to 2006. Bill's career began at Mellon Bank as a Senior Product Manager from 1981 to 1988. Bill holds a degree from Allegheny College, attended from 1972 to 1976.

Global Resilience Federation (GRF) is a nonprofit creator and operator of threat information sharing communities. It serves as a hub and integrator for support, analysis, and cross-sector intelligence exchange among information sharing and analysis centers (ISACs), organizations (ISAOs), and computer emergency readiness/response teams (CERTs). GRF’s mission is to help assure the resilience of critical and essential infrastructure against threats that could significantly impact the orderly functioning of the global economy and general safety of the public.
