Scott Ohnegian

Scott Ohnegian is a Partner and Chair of the Labor & Employment Department at Riker, Danzig, Scherer, Hyland & Perretti LLP, a position held since 1993. In this role, Scott represents employers in a variety of employment disputes before state and federal courts and agencies, provides ongoing legal advice regarding employment law, drafts employment contracts and personnel policies, and conducts employee training on workplace issues. Prior to this, Scott served as an Associate at Stryker, Tams & Dill from 1992 to 1993 and as a Judicial Law Clerk for Judge John C. Lifland at the United States District Court from 1991 to 1992. Scott earned a JD from Rutgers Law School and holds a degree from Amherst College, in addition to a diploma from Ramsey High School.
