Global Resilience Partnership
Namrata Ginoya currently serves as the Strategic Policy Lead and interim Head of Policy at the Global Resilience Partnership, focusing on global climate resilience initiatives such as the Resilience Hub at COP28 and the Roof Over Our Heads Campaign. With a significant tenure at the World Resources Institute from August 2014 to August 2024, Namrata held various roles including Senior Program Manager for Energy and Resilience, where responsibilities included project coordination and strategic partnerships to enhance climate adaptation efforts in India. Previous experience includes urban planning at CDD Society in India, where Namrata focused on sanitation planning and climate change research, as well as a role as a Climate Change and Sustainable Development Specialist at the Environmental Management Centre. Namrata holds a B.Tech (Hons) in Civil (Construction Technology) and is pursuing an M.Tech in Climate Change and Sustainable Development from CEPT University.
