Rachel Ellis is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, customer experience, and retail operations. Currently serving as a Partner in Project Management & Customer Experience and previously as Associate Partner in Sales Operations at Global Resourcing since May 2015, Rachel has demonstrated leadership in high-impact roles. Prior experience includes managing stores at Hotter Comfort Concept, where Rachel opened and led the Epsom branch before moving to the Bromley store, and holding the position of Store Manager at Clarks, where responsibilities included managing daily operations and achieving KPI targets. Rachel has also been recognized as part of the Top 50 Talent Pool during tenure at Clarks and possesses educational qualifications from Warlingham County Secondary School and Croydon College.
