Jan Richardson

Jan Richardson oversees the agency’s day-to-day operations, as well as recruiting, training and retaining top industry talent that supports GRC’s world-class clients. With more than 15 years of experience in finance, human resources and operations, she is an integral part of the leadership team. Performing with unmatched hands-on capabilities that allow her to quickly and cost effectively optimize processes, she collaborates with GRC’s international network of PR professionals to keep both client and agency programs on financial track. Prior to GRC, Jan held various executive-level operational positions with a number of small and large PR firms in Southern California. She also worked with Carob Valley Electric and Escape Campervans USA, focusing on finance and fleet management, as well as executing public, private and government contracts. A decades-long volunteer, she has contributed countless hours to community projects addressing some of society’s most challenging issues.
