Mike Stramaglia

Mike Stramaglia is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in risk management and corporate governance. Currently, Mike serves as Chair of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee and holds corporate director positions at EQ Bank and Foresters Financial, where Mike has led various committees including the Audit and Risk & Capital Committees. As President and Founder of Matrisc Advisory Group Inc., Mike offers strategic consulting and executive education services. Additionally, Mike has held significant roles such as Co-Interim President & CEO at Definity and corporate director at Munich Re Canada. With a strong background in financial services, Mike also directed the Masters Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management and Business Performance Leadership program at Schulich School of Business. Mike earned an honours degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo.
