Jennifer Paau

Jennifer Paau currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Accel since 2023, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles within technology companies. Previously, Jennifer held advisory and operational positions at Airkit.ai and Ironclad, Inc., as well as served as COO at SalesforceIQ and Salesforce. Jennifer's early career includes pivotal roles at Bain & Company and Sanford C. Bernstein, alongside a position at A.T. Kearney. Jennifer holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BASc in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
