R.j. Radobenko

R.J. Radobenko has a strong work experience background. R.J. started their career at Spencer's TV & Appliance in 2000 as a Sales/Manager/Buyer. R.J. then moved on to Global Roofing Group, where they held various roles, including Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2008, V.P. of Sales from 2009 to 2011, Vice President from 2012 to 2014, President from 2015 to 2022, and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer. In 2019, R.J. also became a member of YPO, a global leadership organization for chief executives.

R.J. Radobenko has a diverse education history. Starting in 2000, they studied Business/Public Administration at Arizona State University, earning a BA degree in 2004. R.J. then pursued an MBA at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2008. In 2016, Radobenko attended the Harvard Business School and completed the Executive Education - Owner President Management Program, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 2019, they participated in The Wharton School's Advanced Finance Program. Radobenko continued their education in 2021, obtaining a Diploma of Education in International/Global Studies from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. R.J. has also obtained various certifications, including the YPO Harvard Real Estate Program in 2022, and the Leadership Development Forum from the Arizona Builders Alliance in 2021.
