Laura Rose is an experienced professional in grant writing and project management with a strong focus on responsible seafood practices. Currently serving as a Grant Writer & Project Manager at The Center for Responsible Seafood since February 2021, Laura collaborates with the TCRS team to increase funding and coordinate projects that advance seafood production. Additionally, as a Contributing Writer for the Responsible Seafood Advocate, Laura supports the Global Seafood Alliance's mission. Laura has a diverse consulting background, including roles in program development and evaluation for various organizations, where notable achievements include securing significant grants and authoring successful proposals. With a solid educational foundation including a BA in Mathematics and Marine Science from Smith College and a Master's in Aquaculture, Laura combines expertise in science and education to make impactful contributions to the field.
