Kole Giles has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Kole began their career as a Sales Representative at John Deere from March 2006 to October 2009, where they managed sales, inventory, and customer contracts. From July 2010 to February 2011, they worked at Best Buy as a Sales Associate/Customer Specialist, providing product recommendations and assisting customers.

In 2008, Giles joined the US Army and served as a Cadet from August 2008 to May 2012. Kole then became a First and Second Lieutenant from May 2012 to September 2017. During their time in the Army, they gained leadership experience and contributed to the training and success of their unit.

From August 2008 to September 2012, Giles also served as the Battalion Commander and Recruiting Officer in the ROTC program. In this role, they supervised a team of over 100 personnel, ensuring their training and mission objectives were met.

In October 2012, Giles transitioned to Andrews Farm and Seed as a Logistics Manager. Kole oversaw the entire logistical operation, managing the trucking fleet and scheduling deliveries according to customer orders.

In October 2016, Giles joined the Global Semiconductor Alliance as the Membership Relations Manager. Kole then moved up to become the Director of Membership Services from October 2016 to December 2018. From January 2019 to April 2023, they held the position of Senior Director of Operations and Client Relations, where they were responsible for managing operations and maintaining client relationships. Currently, Giles holds the role of VP of Operations as of December 2022.

Kole Giles attended Pittsburg State University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Cross Timbers Middle School from 2000 to 2002, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study.
