Aidan Malone is an experienced professional in implementation and service delivery, currently serving as Team Lead for Implementations at J.P. Morgan Workplace Solutions since January 2020. Aidan previously held a role at Global Shares and worked as an Implementation Analyst at Sanctifly, where responsibilities included managing wellness initiatives for airport downtime. Aidan's career at Capita Customer Solutions spanned six years, culminating in the position of Service Delivery Manager, overseeing 60 agents in customer experience and contact center operations while maintaining client relationships and financial performance.
