Bill Fleury

Bill Fleury currently serves as Head of Legal at Global Shares, effective August 2023. Prior to this role, Bill held the position of Managing Counsel and Managing Director at The Bank of New York Mellon from February 2016 to August 2023, where responsibilities included advising on regulatory changes, client asset safety, and leading legal projects. Bill's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Legal Counsel at Santander Asset Management, Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Legal Counsel at Northern Trust Corporation. Bill began legal training as a Trainee Solicitor at the Law Society of Ireland and holds an LLB from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
