Tracey Mercurio

Tracey Mercurio has extensive experience in project management and technology integration, currently serving as Project Manager and Fast Response Suspense Queue Lead at Global Shop Solutions since June 2014, focusing on ERP software. Prior to this role, Tracey worked at Conroe Independent School District from September 2010 to May 2014, supervising the implementation of iPads in classrooms and training users on new technology. Additional experience includes technical roles involving telecommunications and troubleshooting at Conroe Independent School District, as well as retail management at Spencer Gifts and merchandising at Walt Disney World. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Sam Houston State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
