Terry Burlingame is a highly experienced software engineer with a robust background in development spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Global Public Safety since March 2017 and at Core Technology Corp since September 2010, Terry has played a pivotal role in designing comprehensive software solutions such as a Records Management System and various reporting tools for law enforcement agencies in Michigan and Wisconsin. Previous experience includes significant contributions to the First National Bank of America and Future 3 Software, where Terry led the redevelopment of essential systems using Java technologies. Terry began the career as an Applications Programmer at NDS, designing rating software for major insurance companies. Terry holds an Associate degree in Computer Programmer/Analyst from Lansing Community College.
