Victoria Harmon

Victoria Harmon is a senior advisor at Global Strategy Group. Victoria has over 25 years of experience in government affairs and public policy.

Victoria started their career as an assignment editor and production assistant at NBC News. Victoria then went on to serve in the Executive Office of the President, US Trade Representative (USTR) for four years. At USTR, Victoria was responsible for Congressional Affairs and helped to pass NAFTA, the “Fast Track” negotiating authority, and the World Trade Organization.

In 2014, Victoria became the Senior Advisor, Energy and Finance in the Executive Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo. In this role, they advised on energy policy and finance initiatives. Victoria also served as the acting Deputy Assistant USTR for Congressional Affairs, Congressional Affairs Specialist during the Clinton Administration.

Victoria is now the CEO and Founder of VL Harmon Advisors, a government affairs and public policy consulting firm.

Victoria Harmon attended Palisades High School and then went on to study Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. Victoria later pursued a Juris Doctorate at Georgetown University Law Center.
