Marc Wayne

Marc Wayne has extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, cannabis, and education. Marc is currently the Director at Global Study, a company that assists students worldwide with college and university applications. Marc Wayne is also the Chairman and Co-Founder of SW21, an impact startup studio focused on health, education, and cleantech companies. In addition, they serve as the Chairman and Co-Founder of Beckley Psytech, a company dedicated to developing psychedelic compounds into licensed pharmaceutical medicines. Previously, Marc Wayne held leadership roles at Spiderco Investments Corporation, Canopy Growth Corporation, Beckley Canopy Therapeutics, Canopy Health Innovations, Entourage Phytolab, and Bedrocan Canada Inc.

Marc Wayne attended Toronto French School (TFS) from 1969 to 1984 and achieved the Ontario Scholar distinction for high school. Marc then pursued a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Queen's University from 1984 to 1988. Following this, they enrolled at York University from 1988 to 1990 as a Candidate for a Master's degree in Environmental Studies.
