Aoife Peirce

Aoife Peirce is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Europe at Global Switch since January 2025. Previously, Aoife worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Arcade for a brief contract in late 2024 and held various positions at REEF from May 2021 to October 2024, including HR Director for Europe. Aoife's earlier roles include significant contributions at Selfridges, where responsibilities ranged from Employer Brand & Attraction Manager to Head Office Resourcing Consultant. Aoife began a career in HR at Brown Thomas, progressing from HR Administrator to HR Generalist, and also gained initial HR experience at 3M as an intern. Aoife holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Technological University Dublin (2010-2015) and has studied in various educational institutions, including in Spain.
