Lena Chichkaliuk

Lena Chichkaliuk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, client success, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Fulfillment & Client Success at Outforce since July 2019, Lena has previously held roles including Client Success Manager and Project Development Manager for the CIS region. At AltexSoft, from February 2018 to April 2019, Lena managed multiple projects, led a team of over seven members, oversaw risk tracking, and ensured alignment of project objectives with company goals. Earlier experience includes project management at Code Production by Upgrade Parade LLC and administrative roles at Private Firm "Publishing House Imperial." Lena holds a Master's degree with honors in Teaching English and German and a certificate of completion in Theology from Bethel School of Ministry.
