Tugger Perry

Tugger is a Managing Director in Global Tax Management’s lead tax practice, based out of Wayne, PA. He works primarily with clients in the manufacturing industry, but also has experience in the professional services and utility industries.

Tugger has extensive knowledge of consolidated tax return issues in the areas of federal, state, local, and international corporate taxation. He also reviews and develops financial statement ASC 740 & IAS 12 footnotes, calculations, and workpapers for multiple multinational clients.

Tugger joined GTM in 2001 and has played an integral role in the overall success of the company. Tugger’s specialties and broad skill set have greatly contributed to the satisfaction of the firm’s clients. Additionally, he has developed and maintained a number of the firm’s internal initiatives including: serving as the Scheduling Manager for three years, development of a staff orientation program, and creation of a staff career guidebook delineating the skills and competencies required to develop into a successful tax professional.

Prior to joining GTM, Tugger spent over two years at former “Big Five” accounting firm, Arthur Andersen. There he was responsible for preparing partnership tax returns including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). Tugger also gained experience preparing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and not-for-profits.

Tugger was raised in South Florida and Doylestown, PA, and currently resides in Perkasie, PA with his wife and their four children.
