Derek Kehoe BComm FCA

Derek Kehoe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Derek started their career in 1995 as a Financial Accountant at Bewleys Hotels. Derek then became the Co-Owner/Director of Zocalo, where they successfully built and managed sales channels in multiple countries. In 2007, they founded Maison & Chateau, a leading retail brand focused on sustainable and eco-conscious interiors. Derek received recognition as one of the Top 5 green retailers in Ireland. After leaving Maison & Chateau in 2011, Derek established Spartan Consultancy, where they served as the Owner. In 2012, they joined Mazars Ireland as a Consultant and then became the CFO of Nutrief Medical, a medical foods and R&D company in 2012. Currently, they hold the role of Commercial & Strategic Director at Global Tax Reclaim, an international FinTech firm specializing in VAT recovery and compliance.

Derek Kehoe obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin from 1986 to 1989. During their time at the university, they focused on economics and accountancy. Following the completion of their undergraduate studies, Derek enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Accountancy.
