Heidi Brooks

Heidi Brooks is currently the Director of Human Resources at Global Traffic Technologies. Heidi has been with the company since 2007, starting as Office Coordinator and eventually becoming Human Resources Manager. In their current role, they are responsible for the overall HR function at GTT, including employee relations, investigations, compliance, payroll, performance management, recruiting, terminations, onboarding, talent planning, succession planning, etc. Heidi has increased employee engagement utilizing annual employee experience survey results to identify focus areas and create action plans. Heidi has also analyzed attrition data utilizing Problem Solving Process to determine root cause and co-led Kaizan focused on reducing turnover. In addition, they are responsible for annual organizational talent and succession planning and has led the transition of GTT payroll and benefits to Fortive.

Heidi Brooks has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and an Associate's Degree in Executive Secretarial Science from Inver Hills Community College. Heidi also has certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in SPHR and from SHRM in SHRM-SCP.

Their manager is Terry Griffith, President. They work with Jessica Myran - VP, Operations, Ravi Shah - VP, Product Development, and Krista Kochivar - CFO.
