Patrick Foster

Patrick Foster is an experienced technical project manager currently serving as a Sr. Technical Project Manager at Miovision since April 2023, while concurrently holding the position of Technical Project Manager II at Global Traffic Technologies since April 2021. With a background in managing complex installations of Public Safety and Biometric Software Solutions at ID Networks from January 2011 to April 2021, Patrick has demonstrated expertise in conducting site surveys and providing workflow recommendations for product deployments. Additionally, Patrick served as adjunct faculty at Saint Clair County Community College from January 2008 to January 2011, teaching core courses in the Criminal Justice Program, and previously held the role of Lieutenant at Clay Township Police Department from October 1994 to December 2010. Patrick Foster holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Western Michigan University.
