Hayden Chou

Hayden Chou is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Organization Development at GUC since December 2021, Hayden has successfully revised pay standards and transformed the training framework. Prior roles include HR & Admin Director at Perfect Corp., Human Resources Director at Zyxel Global, and Head of Human Resources at Hitron Technologies Inc. At Bridgestone Taiwan, Hayden managed a substantial team and collaborated on regional initiatives.
