Rama Bhadra Rao Adari is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor design and technology platforms. Currently serving as the Deputy Technical Manager for SOC design implementation and signoff at GUC since September 2021, Rama has been a Principal Engineer at TSMC since September 2013, specializing in parasitic RC extraction. Rama’s earlier experience includes a brief internship at TSMC, where design and TCAD simulations on silicon-based junctionless transistors were conducted, and a summer internship at IBM focusing on modeling temperature-dependent electrical properties in polysilicon interconnects. Rama holds a Master of Technology in VLSI Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nanoelectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, with a focus on Beyond CMOS technology.
