Carlo Tamayao

Carlo Tamayao, CHRP®, currently serves as the Head of HR Operations at Global Visions Events and Marketing Network, Inc. since November 2024. Prior to this role, Carlo held the position of Head of Global HR Shared Services at Lattice Semiconductor from July 2020 to September 2024, and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Swedish Match between June 2015 and July 2020. Carlo's career began as an HRIS Analyst at Makati Development Corporation from May 2014 to May 2015. Carlo Tamayao earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Application, from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2010 to 2013, and completed high school at Colegio San Agustin-Binan from 2003 to 2010.
