Honey Hashem

Honey Hashem is a freelance translator with extensive experience across various organizations, including Global Voices and Loc-Pros Company For Translation and Localization since February 2023, and Al-Andalus since June 2022. Additional roles include translating for Charity Translators and Translation Commons since January and February 2022, respectively, as well as volunteering for TED Talks and Translators without Borders since August 2021 and January 2021, respectively. Prior to a career in translation, Honey Hashem worked as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC Bank Egypt from July 2001 to July 2004. Academic credentials include a Diploma in Media and Audiovisual Translation from The American University in Cairo's School of Continuing Education and training at Goethe Institut in Dubai from 2010 to 2013.
