Thomas Redmond

Thomas Redmond is a seasoned Training Project Manager with extensive experience in the offshore wind energy sector, currently employed at Global Wind Organisation since November 2023. Previously, Thomas served as Head of Training Services at GRUPO STIER, overseeing training strategies across oil & gas, renewables, and industrial sectors. In earlier roles, Thomas was General Manager at Errigal Training Centre, where development of a comprehensive training framework took place, and worked as Approvals Auditor for OPITO, ensuring compliance with training provider standards across a wide geographical region. Additional experience includes significant positions at Petrofac, focusing on curriculum development and the management of training facilities, as well as instructional roles in various organizations. Thomas holds a National Diploma in Learning and Development Practice from University College Cork, earned in 2023.
