Giulia Bondi is an experienced campaigner with a strong background in environmental policy and advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Campaigner for Forests at Global Witness since August 2019, Giulia is responsible for designing and leading EU campaigns aimed at influencing legislation that protects climate-critical forests. Prior to this role, Giulia worked at CIDSE from September 2012 to July 2019, where responsibilities included developing advocacy strategies in climate justice and energy, coordinating international policy efforts, and participating in key UNFCCC negotiations. Giulia's educational background includes advanced degrees in Environmental Economics, Communications Studies, and European Studies from renowned institutions, underscoring a solid foundation in both policy and advocacy.
