Michelle Sharp

Michelle Sharp serves as the Chief Executive Officer of UNICEF New Zealand since December 2020 and holds the position of Treasurer at the Council for International Development NZ since October 2021. Additionally, Michelle Sharp has been the Vice Chair and CEO of Kilmarnock Enterprises since July 2010 and a Member of Global Women since October 2021. As a Fellow of the Edmund Hillary Fellowship since January 2018, Michelle Sharp is committed to incubating solutions to global issues from New Zealand. Previously, Michelle Sharp has contributed as a Board Trustee at The Ākina Foundation until September 2022, with a focus on growing the social enterprise sector in New Zealand. Other roles include Head of IoT and Head of South Island at Vodafone New Zealand, Independent Chair Managing Partners at Bank of New Zealand, and Vice President of Inclusive NZ. Michelle Sharp's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Leicester and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Southampton.
