Ali Laurie

Ali Laurie is a communication professional with extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Communications at Global since November 2021, Ali previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager, Commercial & Trade. Prior roles include Senior Publicist for UKTV and BBC Studios Distribution, where Ali was promoted from Publicist in May 2021, and Network Communications Executive at UKTV, contributing to the organization's success. Ali's experience also encompasses a stint as a Freelance Consultant at Teneo Blue Rubicon and communications roles at John Lewis, where responsibilities included media relations and PR campaigns, as well as foundational roles at Waitrose and Channel 5. Ali holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology from Oxford Brookes and is an alumna of St Albans High School for Girls.
