Kirstin Tait

Kirstin Tait is a skilled broadcast journalist with a diverse background in multimedia reporting and production. Currently serving as a Broadcast Journalist at Global since July 2024, Kirstin previously worked at STV Group plc from October 2021 to July 2024, where responsibilities included reporting on major stories for Scotland’s most viewed news program, producing bulletins, and creating original content from under-represented areas. Additional experience includes roles as a Live Reporter at DC Thomson and Hull Daily Mail, focusing on digital transition and local news investigations, respectively. Early career highlights consist of an internship at Scottish Field Magazine and freelance work with various media outlets, including Sky News. Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Robert Gordon University.
