Martin O'Gorman

Martin O'Gorman is a seasoned digital editor with extensive experience in the radio and music industries. Currently serving as Digital Managing Editor for Radio X at Global since April 2008, Martin has successfully developed digital strategies that enhance audience acquisition and retention among the 25-44 age group. Previously, Martin held the role of Digital Managing Editor at XFM, where oversight of editorial plans and collaborative projects with production teams fortified the brand’s presence. Prior roles include Q Special Projects Manager and Editor at Emap Performance Interactive, where Martin managed various interactive and editorial projects for high-profile music websites. Early career experience includes positions as Assistant Editor and Staff Writer/News Editor at Emap and Parker Mead Ltd. respectively. Martin completed education at Tytherington County High School.
