Hanne Nygaard

Hanne Nygaard is an experienced HR professional and resource coordinator with a diverse background in personnel management and recruitment in the Oil & Energy sector. Previously, Hanne held roles at Aibel, including Senior Resource Coordinator and Travel Manager, where they were responsible for hiring contractors and managing travel for approximately 2,500 individuals. They are currently the Head of People Operations & Analytics at GlobalConnect, overseeing HR functions in Norway. Hanne also contributed to organizations such as Zolva Norway, where they established and developed the HR function, and American Express Global Business Travel, where they supported 20,000 employees in the Nordic region. Hanne holds a Bachelor’s degree from Gjøvik University College.
