Harsha Badlani

Harsha Badlani is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region at GlobalData Plc since August 2024, providing business information across various industries. Prior to this role, Harsha was a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition at talabat, overseeing the recruitment process for mid-senior level positions, successfully closing over 90 roles. Harsha began a career at Michael Page, first as an Associate Consultant and then as a Senior Consultant, working with clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas and Construction in the Middle East. Earlier experience includes roles at Isher Technologies and Western Union, focusing on accounting and project coordination, respectively. Harsha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce and graduated from The Indian High School with a focus on Business/Commerce.
