Aneeka began their educational journey at Viqarunnisa Noon School & College from 1996 to 2008, where they pursued and completed their SSC & HSC in Business Studies. In 2010, they enrolled at the University of Dhaka and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Management Information Systems, General in 2013. Aneeka's thirst for knowledge led their to seek further education, and they pursued a Master's degree in Information Systems Assurance Management at Concordia University of Edmonton, which they successfully completed in 2020.
