Shaily Garg

Shaily Garg is the CEO and Co-Founder of GlobalFair. Shaily has over six years of experience in strategy, operations, and sales.

Shaily started their career at PwC as a consultant. Shaily then moved to TransUnion Analytics and Decision Solutions as a manager. In 2015, they joined Procter & Gamble as a program manager. Shaily was promoted to Head of Operations for Ariel Matic in 2016 and also took on the role of Business Strategy and Operations Manager in 2019.

In August 2019, Shaily left Procter & Gamble to start their own company, Stanza Living. Shaily served as the Head of Sales Operations and Strategic Alliances and was part of the Founder's Team. Shaily left Stanza Living in February 2020 to focus on GlobalFair full-time.

Shaily Garg graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology in Bombay with a Bachelor's Degree. Shaily then attended Lawrence and Mayo Public School in Ajmer for their high school education. After that, they went to St. Mary's Convent in Ajmer for their high school education.
