Alina Vinslava

Alina Vinslava is a seasoned professional in the field of process engineering with extensive experience in semiconductor technology. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at GlobalFoundries since November 2012, Alina specializes in FinFet process integration and has played a key role in the development and setup of the 14nm dry etch process. Prior experience includes a tenure at Intel Corporation from April 2007 to July 2012 as a Process TD Engineer, where Alina focused on RF plasma dry etch process development for advanced transistor technologies. Alina's academic background includes a PhD in Inorganic/Materials Chemistry from the University of Florida and an MS in Physical Chemistry and Catalysis from a joint program of the University of Pittsburgh and Vilnius University, complemented by a BS in Chemistry from Vilniaus universitetas.
