Emma Cheer possesses extensive experience in the technology and aerospace sectors, currently serving as Senior Director, Aerospace & Defense Account Manager at GlobalFoundries, where responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans and fostering partnerships with clients in these industries. Prior to this role, Emma held several senior positions at IBM, including Senior Director of Global Inclusion and Engagement and Senior Director, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and excelled as Channel Sales Account Manager, managing significant sales initiatives. Additionally, Emma managed a North America team focused on ASIC and Foundry quotations and oversaw order management operations.
