Joe Miner has extensive work experience in a variety of roles and industries. Joe began their career as an Engineer at Texas Instruments in 1984 and later served as an Officer in the US Army. Afterward, Joe joined Motorola as a Manufacturing and Planning Manager, where they worked until 2004. Joe then joined Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. as a Manufacturing Requirements Manager before starting their own office as an Internet Marketing Consultant at WSI in 2007. Joe worked at WSI until 2013 when they transitioned to International Services Inc. as a Senior Business Consultant, where they worked with small and medium-sized businesses to improve their performance. In 2014, Joe joined Dell as a Supply Chain Professional and later returned to International Services Inc. in the same role. Currently, they are working at GlobalFoundries as a Senior Program Manager and Change Management Lead.

Joe Miner earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in the years 1976 to 1980. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration in General Business from The University of Texas at Austin during the period of 1989 to 1993. In addition, they received a certification in SharePoint Online Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in the year 2021.
