Julio'sexperience includes positions such as Vice President, RF Technology / Senior Fellow, Director of Technology Management, Senior Manager of Technology Development, Senior Director of New Technologies, and Manager of Technology Development.

Julio Costa obtained a PHD in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota between 1987 and 1991.
