Po Chang Chen

Po Chang Chen has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. They started their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at ProMOS TECHNOLOGY, where they focused on troubleshooting EAP and setting up computer hardware and software. In 2006, they worked as a Software Engineer at Inotera Memories Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they returned to ProMOS TECHNOLOGY as a Software Engineer, specializing in process data collection and root cause analysis. They then joined AUO as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed equipment and PLC data collection programs. They transitioned to United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) in 2010, where they modified the EAP and Run To Run system. In 2011, they moved to Vanguard International Semiconductor Company as a Senior Software Engineer, continuing their work on the EAP and Run To Run system. They joined Genius Electronic Optical Co., Ltd. (GSEO) as a Senior Software Engineer in 2013, focusing on team management and equipment control program development. In 2014, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Unimicron Technology Corporation, specializing in PLC and PC data collection program development. Finally, in the same year, they joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as a Principal Engineer, taking on roles such as website development, architecture design, and mentoring.

Po Chang Chen earned an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering from National Formosa University in the years 1994 to 1999. Following this, Po Chang Chen went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Chung Hua University from 2003 to 2005.
