Sally Montgomery

Sally Montgomery serves as the Head of Executive and Employee Communications at GlobalFoundries, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Montgomery was with CVS Health as the Executive Director of Enterprise and Leader Communications and previously the Senior Director of CEO Communications from August 2021 to April 2023. Additional experience includes a tenure as Head of Executive Communications at NetApp and various senior director positions at TIAA from July 2015 to January 2021. Montgomery's earlier career features roles at MetLife, Chevron, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch, the National Audubon Society, and Text 100, encompassing responsibilities in executive and media communications. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Montgomery has demonstrated a consistent trajectory in communications leadership across multiple industries.
