Téa Williams

Téa Williams has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Téa currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager - Power Business at GlobalFoundries since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business and Technology Consultant. Téa was also a Founding Member of Chief, a private network aimed at promoting women in positions of power. Before that, they held the role of Senior Vice President and General Manager - 3D Sensing Business at Lumentum from April 2020 to January 2023. Téa Williams has a long history with Texas Instruments, where they served as Vice President and General Manager for various divisions, as well as holding the position of Product Line Manager and being involved in R&D. Téa was also a Fellow at the International Women's Forum from September 2018 to September 2019.

Téa Williams completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2019. Téa also holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) from the University of Arkansas, which they earned between 2002 and 2004.
