Xiaoyue Wang

Xiaoyue Wang is an experienced engineer in failure analysis, currently serving as Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries since January 2019, previously holding the position of Senior Engineer in the same department. Prior to this role, Xiaoyue Wang worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at McMaster University from January 2018 to January 2019. Xiaoyue Wang earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science and Engineering with a focus on Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University between 2013 and 2017. Earlier education includes a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Materials Physics and Chemistry and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) from Sun Yat-sen University, completed in 2013 and 2010, respectively.
