Ziv Hammer

Ziv Hammer is an experienced executive in the semiconductor and technology sectors with a robust history of leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Design Platforms and Services at GlobalFoundries since July 2023, Ziv Hammer previously held the position of Senior Vice President of IoT Compute and Wireless Engineering at Infineon Technologies from January 2020 to July 2023. Notably, during a lengthy tenure at Intel Corporation from March 2004 to January 2020, Ziv Hammer progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager of the IA Core Group, overseeing substantial CPU IP strategies and execution across multiple markets. Ziv Hammer’s earlier experience includes significant positions in wireless SoC validation and design at Envara and Mindspeed Technologies. Ziv Hammer holds an MBA in High Tech Management from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
