Elmé Coetzer-Boersma

Elmé Coetzer-Boersma has a wealth of experience in the agricultural and food safety industry. Currently holding the position of Managing Director and Vice President, Chief Standards Officer at GLOBALG.A.P. c/o FoodPLUS GmbH, Elmé is responsible for overseeing standards. Prior to this role, Elmé worked as a Food Safety Auditor at QC Fresh and as a Lecturer in Weed Science at the University of Pretoria. Elmé holds a PhD in Herbicide Physiology from Kansas State University, a Project Management Certificate from the University of South Africa, and a MSc(Agric) in Agronomy and Crop Science from the University of Pretoria.
