As a Data Analyst, Cassie Hudson is a translator of words, numbers, and all things “data” into actionable information. Her personal mission is to render data “points” and “values” into narratives that accurately reflect the human experience and support GlobalGiving's commitment to providing outstanding service. In her free time, Cassie is a voracious reader, a group fitness aficionado, and an accomplished interpreter of tabletop game rules, a skill she uses to soundly defeat her partner in a majority of games played (59% of plays, according to BGG Stats). Prior to her work at GlobalGiving, Cassie earned a doctorate in sociology and conducted research on several disparate topics like online discussion platforms, trust, and pill packaging.
